What is electrical labour hire or relief cover?
We place qualified electricians and technicians with your facility team, to cover leave and peak workloads or to work as a long-term part of your maintenance department.
Do you run preventive maintenance programs?
Yes. We have managed preventive maintenance and reactive works for St John of God hospitals since 1998, WA Health since 2006 and Serco at Fiona Stanley Hospital since 2013, with KPIs met or exceeded.
Do you provide compliance reporting for our sites?
Yes. We audit, test, report and certify to Australian Standards, backed by NATA ISO 17020 inspection accreditation and ISO 55001 asset management certification.
Can you look after multiple sites?
Yes. We support facility managers across multiple sites, including hospitals in the North, East and South metropolitan health regions. Our head office is in Kardinya, Perth, and we work across the whole state: the Perth metro area, Peel and the South West through to Esperance, the Goldfields, the Pilbara and the Kimberley.
